1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Surpriseo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Surpriseo provides personalized romantic surprise planning services. All experiences are tailor-made and subject to availability in your region. We reserve the right to modify or substitute elements of a package to maintain the same quality standard.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Surpriseo does not store any payment card information.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the experience date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the experience are non-refundable. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
5. Liability
Surpriseo acts as an organizer and coordinator of experiences. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, weather events, third-party service failures).
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Cancellation by Surpriseo
In the rare event that we must cancel your experience due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the experience has not yet taken place. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@surpriseo.com.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
